I planned an event series for the New York premiere of the feature film, Cronies, executive-produced by Spike Lee and directed by Michael Larnell. This included venue booking, press outreach and advertising.
I organized and mentored a team of 5 MBA students, consulting on subsequent nationwide grassroots release strategy.
Working alongside the distribution and accounting departments, I built Excel-based comparative models to both measure current and predict future box office returns, and tracked P&A budgets for upcoming releases.
Additionally, I liaised with international distributors to facilitate the collection of royalties, and also evaluated script submissions for both sales and acquisitions departments.
I compiled a research report on Indie film consumption in emerging markets analysing FilmNation’s slate in Brazil, Russia, India and China, and predicting growth potential.

At the Production Lab - an incubator for indie film following a venture capital model - I provide thought leadership in the marketability of a growing slate of independent films.
I have reviewed over 130 feature and episodic project submissions; curated a slate with production budgets totaling more than $5.2 million; and allocated $400,000 in equity financing.

I worked cross-functionally between the marketing, operations, finance and IT teams, and conducted extensive analysis of the firm's internal efficiency and market potential. I made recommendations to streamline productivity and enhance digital marketing presence.
